   Go to a big health food store, like Wild Oats or Whole Foods. They have many kinds of health drinks — juices, smoothies, acidophilus-types, “green” drinks, protein shakes, veggie shakes, weight-related thingies, etc. Many are as tasty as dessert.

    Snapple used to carry “Snapple-A-Day” and it was pretty darn good tasting and was a great alternative to slimfast. I’m just not sure if its still around.
