    ummm im guessing you’re eating too much simple foods.
    try eating more diverse, try new veggies. maybe you’re not getting enuf protein or eating too much? well carbs should fill you up, maybe youre not eating enuf of that

    No, it’s not. It sounds like you need to maybe get more protein in your diet. Are you lacto-ovo vegetarian? If you are, milk, cheese, and eggs are excellent sources of protein. Soy is also a good source, if you eat it in moderation.
    A lack of fiber may also be part of the problem. Whole wheat bread, vegetables, fruits, and beans are a good source of fiber. Beans are also rich in protein.
