An appetite suppressant definitely kept my weight down when smoked although put on 30 lbs when quit.
For 10 years and was smoker for 10 years and regret every single cigarette ever smoked because whenever felt hungry would go smoke and the same way caffeine does.

Tobacco use messes up your metabolism. That’s why they are so thin. It’s not so much their metabolism “speeds up”, but their bodies don’t work as well.

For most smokers their mouth its wellknown psychological issue and if you have to be snacking on something second.

smoking does supress your appetite and as some people eat because of boredom smoking replaces this compulsion and we smokers usually end up thinner but just as, if not more unhealthy as our eating counterparts. but hey, whether your crutch is eating, smoking or drinking, fill ur boots cos we all gotta die of something and i’d rather die of over-indulgence than a stress related heart attack
