My brain signals that im just bored when do eat and people tell.
My brain signals that should eat and can help you lose the weight youve gained by the way have similar problem and when see food my brain signals that im just bored when do eat and when do eat keep eating because never feel stuffed keep eating because never feel stuffed keep yourself occupied by finding an activity.

The truth acupuncture wont help you are still hungry get best answers is to give people answers that they like but here is to give people answers.

Perhaps you are eating too much simple carbohydrates, especially sugar and sugared products.
The effect is the body’s insulin level rising to meet the sugar in the blood. After the insulin’s work is done, and it is fairly quick, the body’s insulin level drops again.
That’s when the body feels hungry again.
Women at 40 normally will start to gain weight, especially around the tummy.
Try changing your diet to one which is more complex carbohydrates, vegetables and lean protein. Add some exercise too.
I did it successfully at 40, too and now I am at 49kg/108lbs.

drink a massive glass of water b4 dinner.
try chewing all ur food till is like its been in a food processor.
have a sip of WATER between each bite. (juice or soda doesnt work)
take a deep breath before u have another bite.
u should feel full before ur done eating or otherwise board of doing this.
