I wouldn’t do pills if I were you. Instead drink lotsa water when you feel hungry. Hot drinks will suppress your appetite. Hot greet tea, and try a bullion cube in hot water. Only 5 calories.
Above all, willpower is the best appetite suppressant. You don’t need the chocolate.

Why not figure out how to stop eating for emotional reasons, especially if it is only chocolate and if you are not yet completely out of control (as so many people who I treat). I don’t think you realize how easy it really is to figure out why you are eating and to figure out a new way to deal with your emotions. It really can be as easy as taking a pill and will solve you weight problems permanently.
