    This is very unhealthy – why are you trying to suppress your appetite? Unless you are obese, you should eat when you feel hungry (and eat balanced meals) and then work out to use the calories productively.

    A big glass of water 20-30 minutes before a meal helps to fill the stomach. Also, use a small plate for smaller servings. Portion control is a key issue in weight loss. Also try thinking of eating 6 very small meals a day instead of tree big ones. Make those in between meals yoghurt, fruit, veggies, water. Your body will be burning the calories you take in and those fires of metabolism will speed up because they have to for all the little meals you are eating. Good luck skinny to be!
