    Anything is possible, eat lots of vegetables and very few carbs (but don’t be a nutcase about carbs) it’s hard to be fat if you only eat veggies.

    Its gonna be tough,but not impossible
    probably the biggest hurdle is mentally preparing yourself,being able to deal with the changes your going to have to make

    If your strictly trying to lose weight,step on your cardio.Do it in intervals and try to change it up so you can stay interested and keep doing it when you have to.Also,drinking cold water will help you burn calories faster.Try to replace sugary drinks with cold water.Doing this in combination with good cardio and strict eating habits should do the trick
