Also, drink a lot of green tea.  It&#039;s a natural appetite suppressor, as well it helps boost your metabolism.
Hoodia doesn&#039;t work with most people.  If you wanted to take a supplement, I would Slimaluma Plus by NOW Foods.  It works better than Hoodia.</description>
