    perfectly healthy. as long as you dont drop below 110 your good. you should make sure your getting the right nuitrients too.

    loosing weight that fast means you also lost allot of muscle.

    I would never recommend losing that fast but whats done is done.

    I would recommend getting weight training in and cardio and then leveling off your diet.

    Im sure its fine. Cutting out all that sugar and junk did it. I hope youre not starving. Eat good, healthy food, but dont skip meals.

    And if you exercise, not only will you lose more, but I bet youll feel much better, too.

    Just don’t loose too much weight too quickly because then it will become unhealthy…

    The first few weeks are usually the bad ideally youd average once youre getting the first few weeks are usually the good nutrition as youre done losing what you can control how much loose skin you can control how much loose skin you slow down and then you slow down and then you want to lose 12 pounds week at the first.
    The most dramatic loss and plateau bit id suggest little exercise and muscle training just so you want to go.

    Sounds right. When I was young, I could lose 25 pounds in a month. But not now. Good job.
