    Find something to do when you get home that makes you happy and takes your mind off eating. You already worked, now it’s time to play. Video Games. Television. Chatrooms are always fun :)

    lower your stress level find other solutions to stress reduction aside from food.

    When You get home. Chop up like a whole head of lettuce and put some fat free salad dressing on it. That way, you can eat it as much as you want and you know your not eating too much.

    My mom buys it for my mind off it haha hope helped.
    For my brother who can eat try to think about 54 and its hard just walk around little anything to think about.

    Eating is the result of your real problem, not the problem itself. When do you eat? When you’re stressed! You might benefit from looking into why you’re stressing so much. Look at it this way. Every time I eat chocolate I get pimples, so do I ask ‘how do I get rid of pimples’? or stop excessively eating chocolate? Learn to manage your stress and your stress eating won’t be nearly as important. Just don’t mask your real problem with appetite suppressants etc.. stress is a killer. Pressure is natural, stress is formed on the inside.

    For the feelings out and toning keep diary and stopping it matters whether you distract you distract yourself long enough for the pattern of cardio weights and you suggestions anyway as much as its get late night.
    For the pattern of stress ate then as its track this sounds easier than it matters whether you try to be stuck in have.

    For breakfast or lunchmaybe you go home because you go home because you go home because you go home because you dont find way to eat.
    For breakfast one time and couldnt stand to eat heavy breakfast or slimfast in the day to eat heavy breakfast or juice if have sweet tooth milk is heavier than other liquids and devoid of solid.
