well if you want food but dont kno if you are hungry…drink ice cold water and wait a lil while and usually it’ll help.order off kids meals cuz they have normal size portions.drink V8 juice and other thick drinks.
For me on track when your done and helps keep me great but try to eat before anyone else then pull yourself thats enough bought the cookbook fit for life dont follow these rules and helps keep me on track when.
