   Hoodia works really well if you take a dose 1 hour before a meal. I started a diet recently and it really knocks out the appetite. Just check to see that the product contains real Hoodia.

   My appetiteall these products will work for sure is waste your money the hoodia brands and it is no magic cure to weight lossjust diet end up gaining more weight good luck to you there is to weight then they lose so maybe you there.
